Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing KOY’ for your delivery needs. We are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery services to our customers. To ensure timely and efficient delivery of your orders, we have updated our delivery policy as follows:

All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered on the same day, and all orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the next day.Friday is our day off, and all orders placed on Friday will be delivered the next day.Delivery to the following areas (Shamal, Al Khor, Thakira, Dukhan, Shahaniya Umseaid, Ruwais) will take up to 24 hours due to their remote location.

Our delivery fees are as follows:

Same Day Delivery Service for Doha City Limits* (Areas added in Annexure A): QAR 18.00/-
Same Day Delivery Service for Outer City Areas* (Areas added in Annexure A): QAR 25.00/-
Delivery within 24 hours only for Extreme Remote Areas (Shamal, Al Khor, Thakira, Dukhan, Shahaniya Umseaid, Ruwais): QAR 35.00/

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number and updates on the delivery status. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or other factors outside our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed and provide updates on your delivery status.
